You are fluent in Danish and speak very good English? You already have some experience in social media marketing or customer service, and would love to represent our company on the Danish market with a smile on your face? Then our Danish country management team is waiting for you!
What can you expect?
- You will take over different tasks in the areas of social media marketing and customer service to support our Danish Team in the development and coordination of the expansion in Denmark
- You will help monitor and maintain our webshop, manage and organize our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), and plan our editorial content (in Danish) for our online shop
- You take care of customer service, process returns and refunds, and support us in the long-term co-development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns in cooperation with our marketing team
- You will help monitor and evaluate the SEO key figures and performance, as well as optimize our webshop texts
What should you bring along?
- You are available for the internship as soon as possible!
- (Ongoing) studies in the economic or linguistic field is an advantage
- Language skills: Excellent Danish and very good English; German skills are a plus
- You live in Berlin, the surrounding area, or you are willing to relocate
- Very good knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite
- You are well-versed in social media, especially Instagram and Facebook
- Ideally, you already have some experience in the field of marketing and/or customer service
- You are articulate and can translate your creative ideas into written and visual forms
- You can work independently and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- You want to be part of our great team and make yourself indispensable with your friendly, open manner
