Do you want to support clients in their M&A activities in the area of  Financial Advisory – M&A Transaction Services  and systematically analyse investment and financing issues? Our team contributes its expertise to a wide range of projects relating to the M&A lifecycle and the core area of financial due diligence. Location:  Düsseldorf.

Your impact:

As an Intern M&A (m/f/x) you will support clients on the preparation and implementation of demanding M&A transactions and contribute to determination of the purchase price and enterprise value.

 

  • Hands-on-Entry:  From day-one, you will be a full-fledged member of our team, taking on a variety of tasks and supporting your colleagues and our clients.
  • Analysis:  In the projects, you will analyse company information and create the basis for financial due diligence reports, financial factbooks and similar reports.
  • Support:  You will contribute to the preparation of financial and company analyses as well as of company presentations.
  • Experience:  You will expand your expertise through direct engagement in projects, regular trainings and office training sessions.
  • Korean services:  You will contribute to the development of deal opportunities and M&A activities between Germany and Korea, potentially dealing with various Korean clients.

 

 

Your skillset:

  • Finished your Bachelors  and now you are ideally in an  advanced semester  of your  Masters  in business administration, economics, law, business informatics or German studies combined with one of the aforementioned fields, demonstrating very good performance and great commitment.  Specialization in accounting or controlling  would be beneficial
  • Ideally  initial experience  in the field of M&A, auditing, controlling, or accounting
  • An affinity for  accounting  and valuation topics, confident handling of  MS Office  and an enthusiasm for challenging projects
  • Proactive, responsible  way of working with strong initiative
  • Willingness to travel , very good written and spoken  Korean, German and English
