Job Description

* Teamwork is dreamwork: You collaborate in the planning and organization of internal and external communication including writing, graphic design (posters) , video shootings
* Content creation: You prepare texts for social media posts for our leadership team, our digital knowledge Hub for the SMD organization and convert complex information into easy digestible messages supported by visual content
* Rollout of initiatives: you help the roll out and kick of several sales initiatives and guidelines.
* Reliable work: keep our communication channels (Ishare, Intranet) updated and be able to create new formats
* Being strong together: You support editorial and strategic communication work in the Automotive Segment including stakeholder management and structure

Your Profile

* Study field: You are currently studying Business or a related field of study
* Skills: You have good knowledge of Office Products; PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Canva
* Experience: You have knowledge of creating and editing appealing visuals and moving images, such as video clips, social media content or presentation materials
* Way of working: You like to work creatively, reliably and independently, and enjoy organization and planning. You are a Digital Native and the learning of new digital tools and systems is easy for you, or you already have experience in business administration.
* Interests: You have a flair for copywriting, storytelling, and imagery
* Personality: You are a communicative, creative person with great writing skills
* Language skills: You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, preferably german
* Availability: You are available to support us up to 20 hours per week

Important information:

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
* You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
